Steps to Apply
- Complete the online Business Partner Internship Interest form.
- Complete the online Employer Agreement form.
- Create an account on the PHSC online job board through Handshake.
- Post available internship position(s) on the Handshake platform. The Handshake platform can also be used to post regular full-time and part-time positions.
- Once the internship position or job post has been created, employers have the opportunity to publish the post at other colleges and universities. The schools will then process the job posting and may choose to approve or decline it.
- Review internship candidates on the Handshake platform. If the employer finds a potential candidate, they need to schedule an interview with the student.
- The course requirement is that the student intern works for 90 hours for most internships or 120 hours for the IT Internship. The student will provide a learning agreement at the beginning of the semester, so the employer will have a clear idea of how to grade the student.
